Dell employs approximately 1,000 people in Israel, with development centres in Haifa, Beersheba and Kibbutz Galil Yam and its sales, service and business headquarters in Herzliya. Several dozen in the development operation received termination notices in July 2026. Dell confirmed the move and declined to give numbers.

Dell remains the main provider of servers, storage systems and related services to the Israeli military as of June 2026, alongside Amazon, Cisco, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and Palantir. The National Cyber Park it sits in is part of an attempt to 'strengthen Jewish settlement' in the Naqab while Palestinian Bedouin communities there 'face forced displacement'. Who Profits wrote to all eight companies before publishing and received no reply.

Record revenue of USD 43.8 billion for the quarter ended 1 May 2026, up 88% year on year, with net income of USD 3.4 billion. Infrastructure Solutions Group revenue was USD 29.0 billion, up 181%. Dell raised full-year guidance to a midpoint of USD 167 billion.

Trinity College Dublin Students' Union council voted on 24 March 2026 to lobby the College to drop suppliers non-compliant with boycott, divestment and sanctions. Dell earns 'roughly 1.9 million euro' as Trinity's preferred supplier for laptops and desktops, postgraduate convenor Ruaidhri Campion told the council. The motion also seeks compliant alternatives where outright removal is not possible.

Dell tells shareholders it endeavours to ensure it is 'not complicit in human rights violations', and holds suppliers and business partners to the same standard, guided by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Total net revenue was USD 113.5 billion and headcount approximately 97,000 at 30 January 2026. Richard J. Rothberg is general counsel; Michael S. Dell is chief executive and chairman.

Record revenue of USD 113.5 billion for the year ended 30 January 2026, up 19%, with net income of USD 5.9 billion. Infrastructure Solutions Group, which sells the servers and storage, took USD 60.8 billion of that, up 40%. Client Solutions Group, which sells the laptops and desktops, took USD 51.0 billion.

Dell is the main provider of servers, storage systems and related services to the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the Israeli military. It won the ministry's two-year server tender in January 2023, worth over USD 150 million and funded by United States aid, and sponsored the July 2024 'IT For IDF' conference on military computing. Its subsidiary EMC Israel is the main provider of storage to the military, won the 2010 storage tender worth USD 300 million, and supplied the platform for the military's new Naqab data centres. Dell runs Israeli engineering sites at Glil Yam (Herzliya), Haifa and Beer Sheva, working on advanced storage, artificial intelligence, cloud, edge, cybersecurity and data science. The Beer Sheva site sits in the technology park at Beer al'Saba that Who Profits records as the National Cyber Park, adjoining the Israeli military's computing campus.

The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the occupied Palestinian territory and Israel concludes that Israeli authorities and Israeli security forces 'have committed and are continuing to commit' acts of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, and that Israel bears responsibility for failing to prevent it, for committing it, and for failing to punish it. The analysis covers Gaza over the period 7 October 2023 to 31 July 2025.

Internal documents shared with The Electronic Intifada, and not published, record Dell hardware in use when the Israeli military runs Lavender and The Gospel, the systems that automate targeting decisions and 'minimize human oversight'. The same documents record Unit 8200 using Dell Pro Rugged 13 laptops for intelligence gathering and surveillance, Dell equipment supporting AnyVision's facial recognition, and beneficiaries including the Golani Brigade, Flotilla 13 and the air force. Dell sent a statement to the reporter, Omar Zahzah, tried to recall it, and promised an updated one that had not arrived by publication.

The occupation has become a testing ground for arms manufacturers and technology companies, and corporate entities carry a direct responsibility not to contribute to violations or to undermine Palestinian self-determination. Francesca Albanese's report to the Human Rights Council names over 45 entities, drawing on a database of approximately 1,000 compiled from more than 200 submissions.

Dell 'provides products and services to the Israeli military', in the American Friends Service Committee's research register, which refers researchers to Who Profits for the underlying contracts.

'The military has used Cisco and Dell server farms or data centers.' That is the report's full statement on Dell. Its wider finding is that Israeli military use of Microsoft and OpenAI models rose sharply after October 2023. Built on internal documents, data and interviews with current and former Israeli officials and company employees.

Dell 'will not be complicit in human rights violations', holds its suppliers and business partners to the same standard, and respects the rights in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The policy is written for the value chain and does not address the sale of equipment to state military customers. Dell's press office pointed The Electronic Intifada to this document when asked about the Israeli military contracts.

Dell is one of thirteen brands named for consumer boycott by the Palestinian BDS National Committee, the coalition that leads the movement, 'due to each company's proven record of complicity'. The entry cites the USD 150 million 2023 military contract funded by United States aid, and research and development in the National Cyber Park that 'attempts to strengthen illegal settlements in the Naqab, displacing Palestinian Bedouin communities'.

Dell is named for institutional divestment by the Palestinian BDS National Committee, alongside Amazon, Cisco, Google, HPE, HP Inc., IBM, Intel, Meta, Microsoft, Motorola Solutions, Oracle and Palantir. This is a separate list from the consumer boycott targets.

The Court held that Israel's continued presence in the occupied Palestinian territory is unlawful, that Israel is under an obligation to bring it to an end, and that settlements and their associated economic activity are contrary to international law.

Lavender marked as many as 37,000 Palestinians as suspected militants for possible air strikes, with an error rate of roughly 10 per cent. Officers were given sweeping approval to adopt its lists with minimal human checking, and a linked system tracked men to their family homes so strikes could be timed to their arrival. The International Court of Justice found a real and imminent risk to the right of Palestinians in Gaza to be protected from acts of genocide, and ordered Israel to prevent them. The Court made no finding on the merits of the genocide claim, which remains pending.

VMware, then a Dell subsidiary, contracted to supply the Israel Police from August 2021 to January 2027, and its virtual services help run the Mabat surveillance system in occupied East Jerusalem, around 400 cameras across the Old City monitored around the clock. Dell spun VMware off in November 2021 and Broadcom acquired it in 2023, so this contract runs beyond Dell's ownership.

Almost 300,000 Palestinian Bedouins live in the Naqab, over 100,000 of them in 35 villages Israel deems illegal; 31 pre-date the Israeli state. All of the unrecognised villages are 'slated for erasure' and systematically deprived of basic infrastructure and services. Israel demolished 2,568 Palestinian homes and structures there in 2020 alone. Under a 2015 government resolution the state pays up to 20% of a technology company's salary bill to operate from the region.

Arab Bedouin citizens have lived in the Naqab since the seventh century and have faced state displacement, home demolition and dispossession for over sixty years, with the villages Israel calls unrecognised denied water, electricity, sewage, education, health care and roads to press residents off their land. Adalah, a Palestinian legal centre, has challenged the Prawer Plan, which would destroy 35 villages and displace up to 70,000 people, 'before courts, government authorities and the international community'.
